Traditional and just reconstructed stone house with 2 swimming pools in a quiet, unique and picturesque location near the town of Makarska, surrounded by the Biokovo mountain and beautiful nature.
On the 1st floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double room, a bathroom. A large terrace extends from the living room to the Biokovo Mountain Nature Park, which does not diminish its beauty. The pool is 9x3.8 meters on the floor below.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom. Also on the ground floor is the tavern with a wooden table and lounge. Tavern & grill possibility
The house is located in Rašćane next to Vrgorac and Makarska town, behind the Biokovo mountain nature park, 15 km to the center with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Beautiful beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
The property offers barbecue in the taverna, outdoor activities as a children's playground with a swing and trampoline, bicycles for adults and children, covered lounge area.
