I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. D. was accommodating and honored all of my requests even though some inconvenienced him and his normal processes. I expressed my appreciation. I was there with my significant other and the location was prime for what we needed. The home looks as pictured and it is very spacious. He had everything I needed. I did not know how to work the projector but that would have been cool to use. The balcony was an added bonus. The only "con" I would say is that I could not find it, so when you have Walmart or Ubet delivery or a visitor make sure you put the building number then the apartment number. Check out instructions were clear and simple. Just make sure to take out the trash. It was not listed but do it before you leave. Pretty simple. Overall, I had a great stay. The bed was comfortable. My favorite was the sectional. Everything was clean and set up very nice. There were no surprises. I was attacked by mosquitoes because my man left the balcony door open too long but the bug spray helped and we no longer got bit. If you are looking for a safe, clean, and spacious place for overnight stays then this is the place. D. was very accessible and I could call or text him for anything. I know I can be worrisome but he answered every question. He really is a great host. You will enjoy your stay and if you need anything D will definitely accommodate within reason if he can. Smooth process. He gave me all access codes and it was a pleasure to say in the least

Rachael was a great overall guest. Customer service is very important to me, so accommodating her was never an issue. My goal as a host is always to make sure my guests are comfortable and have a great experience. It was a pleasure hosting Rachael, and I would definitely welcome her back anytime!

I am really enjoying my stay and have extended for another month. Although you step-down to the first floor entrance, the complex feels safe. The apartment is spacious. Big sofa with a recliner in living room and a big screen TV. Dining room has a narrow table against the wall which works pretty well as a desk, plus there’s a little breakfast nook off the kitchen with seating for 2. Kitchen is generally well equipped (full size oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and Keurig coffee machine) - I suggested a couple items (baking sheets and a toaster) and host delivered brand new items same day! There’s a small balcony out back which also works well for eating and working. Bedrooms is spacious with a comfortable king and lots of closet space. Bathroom is fine- separate sink area and tub with shower. All in all working very well as my “home away from home”. The host is SUPER responsive and friendly. Aside from the kitchen items they delivered my choice of coffee and half and half which were missing when I arrived, as well as shower gel. Always responds quickly and worked to escalate a minor repair needed with the property manager. There are a ton of dining options across the street within a 10 min walk and many many more a short drive away in Sandy Springs. Very convenient for highway access. It’s very close to I-285 but the apartment is very quiet and even sitting out on the balcony is not too noisy.
