I am really enjoying my stay and have extended for another month. Although you step-down to the first floor entrance, the complex feels safe. The apartment is spacious. Big sofa with a recliner in living room and a big screen TV. Dining room has a narrow table against the wall which works pretty well as a desk, plus there’s a little breakfast nook off the kitchen with seating for 2. Kitchen is generally well equipped (full size oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and Keurig coffee machine) - I suggested a couple items (baking sheets and a toaster) and host delivered brand new items same day! There’s a small balcony out back which also works well for eating and working. Bedrooms is spacious with a comfortable king and lots of closet space. Bathroom is fine- separate sink area and tub with shower. All in all working very well as my “home away from home”. The host is SUPER responsive and friendly. Aside from the kitchen items they delivered my choice of coffee and half and half which were missing when I arrived, as well as shower gel. Always responds quickly and worked to escalate a minor repair needed with the property manager. There are a ton of dining options across the street within a 10 min walk and many many more a short drive away in Sandy Springs. Very convenient for highway access. It’s very close to I-285 but the apartment is very quiet and even sitting out on the balcony is not too noisy.
