This 6 BR house (including a mother-in-law suite) will certainly meet your expectation for spaciousness (3,800 sq ft). The layout is unique (the BR’s are in separate parts of the house), because when everyone gathers together at the end of a busy day, the kitchen is large enough to welcome everyone! There’s a game room! Only 25 min to Lake Placid, 10 to Jay covered bridge & swimming hole, 15 to the Flume water falls, 15 to White Face ski resort, 50 to Canada, & close to 46 High Peaks trails!

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please scrub any pots and pans you used with the steel wool provided under the sink to return pots and pans to a shining stainless steel (free of yellowish/brownish grease marks) condition. Thanks!
Please make it clear which beds were slept in. If a bed was slept in, fold down the covers so we know it needs to be cleaned (don’t remake the bed!)
Turn off the AC in the summer. Close all windows. Lock all 4 doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We stayed three nights in the house recently and really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and roomy, and everything was provided for us that we needed. The bedrooms were spaced out nicely which gave us all a little more privacy. It rained a lot while we were there, but having the pool table and air hockey downstairs kept us entertained. The last night was dry, so we were able to have a fire in the firepit outside, which was very nice. Leading up to our stay, the host was very quick to try to answer any questions we may have had. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we look forward to returning there again.
