Located on the Brewster Peninsula just across from Kate Smith's historic camp, Camp Agerondak has three buildings - a main house, log cabin and boat house on Lake Placid Lake. Enjoy lakefront living with road access into town. The main house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large stone fireplace, wireless Internet, wrap-around deck, kitchen, pantry and outdoor hot tub. The log cabin has three bedrooms, 2 baths, a stone fireplace and deck. The boathouse has a large rec room, foosball game table, brick fireplace, king bed, bunk beds, rollaway bed and full bath. There are a total of eight bedrooms between the three buildings which can sleep up to 18 people in comfort. The property has spectacular views and comes with a canoe, rowboat, two kayaks, life jackets and plenty of water toys. A slip is available for guests' use; rent a motorboat or bring your own! **SPECIAL NOTES**: After Labor Day weekend (September) through late May (just before Memorial Day), advertised rates are based on Main House and Cabin together (groups up to 14 people). From September through mid-June, we are able to accommodate groups of various sizes by offering the main house only, the main house and cabin only or all three buildings (depending on weather). The boathouse closes completely for the winter and is not available mid-October to mid-May. This property will consider allowing ONE trained and well behaved dog with an additional pet fee. We had an excellent stay at this cute property. Not far from the hustle and bustle of Lake Placid’s Main Street. But far enough away to feel secluded in nature! Great house and property! Right on the Lake!!!
