College View Cottage newly furnished & painted, hardwood floors & ready for you to enjoy. Has 2 BR, 2 B, 3 rd BR that's setup with a Z-bar, iron & ironing board, blowup twin mattress. 1 BR has it’s own private bath, 2nd B is off the hallway. Walking distance to UNA baseball field, & basketball gyn. This house is strictly for renting and not my personal use & I hope you find it to be welcoming & comfortable!
Pets: Only Small dogs $50 per dog fee. Non Refundable

***FISHERMEN*** PLEASE note the carport has a 81” clearance, so please LOWER TROLLING MOTOR before entering the carport.

Also there is an outlet under the carport for charging your trolling motors.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip sheets & pillow cases place in floor by the bed. Fold up the bed comforter. Place all used towels in the bath tub. Check out time is 10:00
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Names and contact info for all guest to be provided to host within 3 days after booking.
Pet fee $50 per dog. Maximum 2 dogs Host request dogs to be bathed/groomed before your stay.
