This beautiful and fully-equipped and furnished holiday apartment is at the end of a residential street in the village of Medebach-Küstelberg. It is 8km to the ski resort and climatic spa resort of Winterberg, with regular public transport connections from the village centre.

The ground-level apartment is an independent annex with a separate entrance, next to a holiday house with five further apartments.

The big living and dining room features a large panoramic window. The lounge area provides a suite and satellite TV. The cosy dining space with a corner bench and an extendable dining table, adjacent to the kitchen, affords a view of the big garden. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a four-ring hob with a cooker hood, an oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils. The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a big four-door wardrobe, the other with two single beds, offer an unobstructed view of nature. Depending on the season, there are local hiking trails, the Rothaarsteig, walking and mountain biking routes, a climbing garden, two ski lifts with a ski chalet, ski rental and ski school, a cross-country skiing trail. You can also find a restaurant, a bakery and a café. The Winterberg skiing arena is about 7km away, the Center Park Hochsauerland in Medebach with a leisure pool is about 5km away.
