The whole place is great but the pool was the star for us during our 5 day stay! We were in there multiple times each day and the water temp was great- not too cold and not too warm. The kids loved the bunk room and enjoyed watching movies at night on the giant TV in the adjoining room with comfy king size bed. Lots of great things to say about the place and the host!

We stayed five nights with six adults and four children. We had a great family experience. The house and property were exactly as described and the surrounding valley was unbelievable. Tons of time in the beautiful pool and outdoors. Ali was the perfect host. Thanks so much. We will be back

Our family travelled from all over the country for our annual gathering. It is a lovely and unique location with ample room for a large group. It offered a multitude of activities to accommodate everyone. Including a vintage bingo game! The pool was wonderful. Warm, but cool enough to be very refreshing. It is an excellent location for pet families. There is a fenced orchard and adjacent river to play fetch in both with lively large dogs. The hot tub was large and provided a nice hot soak. The apartment is beautiful and well appointed. We would recommend AliWood without reservation. Ali is a very responsive and engaged host. Loved it. Sad to leave.

Everything was exceptional from ease of check-in, communicating with the owner, facilities, and amenities, through to check out. Our family enjoyed this vacation so much that we intend to come back for our next vacation in two years. The grandkids loved the swimming pool and it was a short drive to Twisp and Winthrop for sightseeing and wandering around.

Perfect place for a thanksgiving gathering

We really enjoyed the house for our thanksgiving weekend. Everyone had his space, the kids and the adults. Will stay again if we can, for sure!

We had a glorious time at this beautiful house. It was an absolutely perfect week with friends, good food, sunshine and laughter by the pool. We do an annual trip as a group and we’ve never stayed anywhere with such a well equipped kitchen. We loved the long table outside on the patio and enjoyed dining there together overlooking the magnificent Methow Valley. Check-in was a breeze and Ali was available and easy to communicate with.

All was an exceptional owner/manager. She was very thorough on information at check-in. She was very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. It was an exceptional week with 15 of us. We loved the little town of Winthrop. It is a recreation of a frontier town with all the modern Things we love, like ice cream!

Work retreat

Great place for colleagues to get together! Plenty of rooms, beautiful setting, relaxing pool and hot tub for after-hours. The house has every amenity you could want and was a great place for us to gather over dinner. Loved seeing the farm animals in the nearby pasture.

Beautiful home in Winthrop

We had a wonderful visit in Winthrop at this home. Highly recommend for large parties! The kitchen has many options for cooking which is helpful when you are traveling!

Great!

Wonderful house! Loved the hot tub and the heated floors in the bathroom. The bunk room was adorable, the toddler we had with us was *obsessed*. Great location, cool house and accommodating host. Would stay again!!

Wonderful stay in Twisp

Place was awesome, property is fantastic. Short drive from Twisp which has a remarkably high concentration of good restaurants, cute stores, etc. The house is converted from an old garage and it is really unique and well done, open space, roomy, yet very comfortable. All the amenities were there, and we used the outdoor hot tub every day. Great stay, can't wait to come back!
