The holiday apartment enjoys a privileged residential location in Grömitz and can accommodate two to four people. The hosue is in an idyllic location amidst quiet and inviting surroundings.

The terrace and the garden face south.

The apartment consists of an entrance area/hallway, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom, a kitchen and a living and dining room, with a comfortable sofa bed for a third and fourth person.

There are over 300km of cycling and hiking trails. It is 5-10 minutes on foot to the centre and shopping facilities and about 2km to the beach. There are many free parking spaces near the beach.

When choosing the interior décor, attention was paid to giving it a cosy and homely character. During the swimming season a canopy beach chair is available free of charge on the beach (usually 15 April to 15 September).
