Come relax and unwind at our cozy 2nd floor Condo with coastal vibes and peaceful golf course views. Monthly Rental's only, making it perfect for Snowbirds looking to escape the cold winter weather.
This Unit is a second floor, 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom, sleeping 4 adults comfortably. Master bedroom has a memory foam queen size mattress, smart tv, and black out curtains for a good night sleep. The guest bedroom has a queen size mattress, and a smart tv perfect for guest coming for a quick visit. We have 2 full bathrooms, including a hair dryer and first aid kit in the master bathroom.
Keyless Entry with easy self check-in. Enjoy your morning with a cup of coffee on our screened Lanai overlooking a quiet golf course. At the end of the day unwind and recline back and enjoy a show on our new 65" smart tv. Our unit includes smart tv's in bedrooms and living room, basic linens (bedding, towels, etc),includes 5 beach towels and gear (beach wagon, 2 umbrella's, 4 chairs, tent, and beach bag),and has kitchen stocked with basic essentials and fire extinguisher. Guest will have 1 covered assigned parking spot with plenty of guest parking available.
This Unit has central AC/heat, in unit laundry, Wireless internet, and heated community pool.
Great location! Just a short drive to pristine local beaches, downtown (5th Ave), about a 30 minute drive to Marco Island, and so much more.
**IMPORTANT NOTE*** There are 2 interior security camera's facing front door used ONLY WHEN VACANT. Guest will unplug both cameras upon arrival and plug them back in during right before departure. One is located in the living room near the lanai door facing front door, and the other is on the kitchen counter facing the front door. Please be sure to unplug them right away, and plug them back in the same spot before departure.
We only want to ensure security for our home while it is vacant, while respecting the privacy of our guest.
We have a open communication policy and are more than happy to answer any questions or address any concerns.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please strip beds and leave sheets on beds. Gather used towels and place laundry baskets
Load dishwasher of used dishes and start it. Or wash and put away used dishes.
Throw away perishable food in fridge, and take out trash to dumpster.
Plug in both cameras, in designated spots.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
