ABOUT THE AREA
Located in Seacrest Beach, one of 30A’s most beloved coastal communities, this home sits perfectly between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Guests enjoy access to a private beach and are just two blocks from the iconic 12,000-square-foot lagoon pool, one of the largest and most family-friendly pools in all of Florida. Walk, bike, or hop on the beach tram—everything is effortlessly close.

AMENITY ACCESS
To enjoy Seacrest Beach amenities, guests must complete the Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration prior to arrival. A link will be provided after booking. Parking passes and wristbands can be picked up at the Guest Services Window near the lagoon pool.

Please note: A required HOA amenity fee of $3 per guest per day applies and will be collected prior to arrival.

BEACH ACCESS
Seacrest Beach offers a private beach on the south side of 30A, with convenient on-demand tram service throughout the community.

Chair rentals: Available on the east side via La Dolce Vita (exclusive provider)

Personal chairs: Permitted on the west side

Prohibited items: Wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies
