We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The property manager communicated well and made it clear they were available if we needed anything. The place was clean, updated, and clearly set up for families. There was plenty of room for four adults and two kids to spread out, socialize, and play, along with enough private space for everyone.The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. Access to the St. Louis Zoo, Forest Park, and the rest of the area was completely hassle free.The hot tub was a great way to end the day. Overall, solid property, comfortable stay, and exactly what we needed. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was just as listed. A great place for young children. The house had everything we needed for home away from home. The toddlers enjoyed the playground, the adults enjoyed the hot tub! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable! Sara was a great at communicating and an excellent host!

Sara was fantastic to communicate with—she was very responsive, answered all of our questions, and provided thorough information throughout our stay. The home was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and very welcoming. It was clear that a great deal of thought and care has gone into making sure guests have everything they could possibly need, including thoughtful extras for things you may have forgotten to bring.This was our first VRBO experience, and one of our biggest concerns with choosing a place to stay was the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. From the moment we opened the door, those worries completely disappeared. Everything was spotless, neat, comfortable, and inviting.All of the thoughtful details made our stay as relaxing and stress-free as possible. We were extremely impressed with both the property and our experience with Sara, and we would absolutely stay here again!

What makes this property unique

Enjoy full access to this home near the Zoo and Forest Park, walkable to Dogtown restaurants and close to top Saint Louis attractions. The neighborhood is quiet with minimal traffic.

Parking is available in the garage (with direct access to the master bedroom), driveway, or on the street. Entering from the front leads up a short set of stairs to the main floor, which includes the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, a full bath, and access to the backyard.

Upstairs bedrooms each feature a queen bed with twin trundle, 43” Smart TVs, and charging stations. The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, bakeware, coffee/espresso machines, and child-friendly dishware. Coffee, tea, spices, and essentials are provided.

The living area offers a large sectional, electric fireplace, 65” TV with soundbar, and dining seating for up to 8. All TVs include Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+.

The fenced backyard features a cedar deck, hot tub, gazebo with string lights, and a large fireplace for charcoal or wood-fired cooking. There’s outdoor seating, a picnic table, and a yard with a playground, sandpit, tree swing, Connect 4, and cornhole.

Downstairs includes a private bedroom with king bed, twin trundle, workspace, and full bath. You’ll also find a laundry room, strollers, pack-and-play, and garage access—convertible into a game room with ping pong and foosball.
