Spacious furnished 2-bedroom house with AC in 55+ FOS

30 day min stay in beautiful Fountain of the Sun home. 1 tenant must be 55+. 2-bedroom home and partially fenced yard-small dog considered. FOS is an active retirement community with a public golf course. You can purchase an amenity pass thru the HOA office at $10 a person, for your stay.
January and February are NOT available any years. But we would love to have you stay the other months! Primary has a king bed and guest has a queen bed- living room and both bedrooms have tv's, BBQ grill in backyard with a covered patio. Beautiful kitchen - free wifi, cable tv, Utilities-washer-dryer included. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this home offers a calm and inviting atmosphere. Fall in love with Mesa and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
