The pool heater will be turned off by default. $45 a day to heat the pool and we do require 48 hours notice to turn pool heater on as it does take time to for the temperature to be right especially during colder weather.

Dog Policy:

Dogs are allowed upon approval. $100 pet fee (per pet, 1 max, under 40 lbs)

Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Fine of $300 will incur if hair is found on furniture or bedding.
DO NOT leave dogs unattended under any circumstances.

Smoking IS NOT ALLOWED indoor! Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.

Amazing stay!

I stayed here for New Years with friends and family. The house was beautiful and clean. We had so much fun, and we really enjoyed spending time out back with all of the fun things to do! Communication was great and the owners were very easy and nice to work with. I would reccomend this place to anyone!

We were able to cook everything we needed to; noticed a shortage of utensils, but we just washed them more often. Also, no wine opener. Again, just went and bought one.

Bactos resort

Our stay at Bactos resort was absolutely amazing! The property looks just like the pictures—spacious, well-decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was perfect—close to all the local attractions but still offering a peaceful retreat. We loved being able to relax on the private patio and enjoy the pool and many outdoor games. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and even some great local recommendations that made our trip even better.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our families and would absolutely return. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The kitchen space was large enough for all 6 of us to gather around the island to eat or play games, and the decor was inviting and modern. We enjoyed the livingroom area for movies, and the bedrooms and bathrooms we large enough for all six of us. The outdoor area was amazing, from the pool, hot tub, pergola with plenty of seating to the array of backyard games, this was the perfect mix for our family! No one was bored or looking for things to do! It was easy to get to and everything we wanted to do was within a 15-30 minute drive! Definitely would recommend this to any family looking for a fun and relaxing time!

The backyard is designed so you can spend an entire day at home and still feel like you're on vacation, with a heated pool, hot tub, mini golf, outdoor games, kids' swing set, covered dining and grill.
