Lift Recliner: Provides additional comfort and convenience. Full Massage Chair: Ensures ultimate relaxation. Offers both comfort and accessibility. Large-Screen TV: Fireplace: Private Deck: Lake view and Privileges. Perfect peaceful retreat designed with your needs in mind.
This studio (In-Law suite) is an addition to my home, with locked doors between each living space, also has private entrance, and private deck.
Guest access
This space has everything you need, although it doesn't have a stove it has a 26qt 24 functions Air Fryer and cooker, Microwave, Slower Cooker.
Other things to note
There is a new walk-in full shower, with handicap safety bar to help getting in the shower, also a 24 inch Shower bench that is extra sturdy and holds up to 400 pounds.

Why they chose this property

I love our little subdivision, and being on a dead end road, we have wonderful neighbors and to sit and watch the lake.Especially at sunrise, and sunset is beautiful!

What makes this property unique

You can sit on my deck and have such a beautiful view of the sunrise, sunset. The lake is always nice to just sit and look at and I have a fifteen foot trampoline that makes lots of smiles, and laughter.
