Beautiful Haussmannian flat in lovely and lively neighborhood Oberkampf. Highly sought near Le Marais.
Direct access to Bastille, République, Grand magasins and Champs-Élysées by subway.
The flat is literally surrounded by coffeehouses , bakeries , restaurants, food shops (butcher, greengrocer, wine...) and grocery stores.

The space
Spacious Hausmannian flat -80 sqm- lightly and tastefully decorated. As there is 1 bedroom the flat is for a couple. We kept the flat with its original signature. Tainted glass window in the corridor. Double living and dining room with huge windows and high ceiling. Wooden floors. Dining room for 4 persons. Bathroom with tub, shower and double sinks. Fully equipped. Surrounded by nice coffee place, bakeries and restaurants, groceries.
The flat is spacious, fully equipped: all kitchen appliances with toaster, kettle, nespresso. Washing and dryer. SmartTV with Netflix. Portable fans in summer to keep it fresh inside.
The flat is at the 1st floor of the building. No lift. 20 steps.

Other things to note
We are happy to accommodate our guests with early check in and late check out if available. Would it be feasible we will ask an additional fee of 90 €.
