Great location with good parking station nearby. The balcony whilst small was a great place to watch the world go by with a glass or two. Supermarkets, cafes and a multitude of restaurants very close by. Easy walk to Opera, Louvre, Galleries Lafayette.

Space used efficiently. We stayed two nights, the first was very noisy outside neighbours, second night was quieter.
