Pool heating – $35 per day (minimum 3 nights)
BBQ grill – $95 per stay (includes propane and cleaning)

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with a $50 fee per pet.
Maximum of 3 pets up to 33 lbs (15 kg) each.
Exceptions must be approved in advance.

Please note: the use of clubhouse and community amenities is managed by the homeowners association. Temporary closures due to maintenance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
