The Space:

The dining area provides a welcoming space to enjoy meals together. Each of the five bedrooms is a private retreat, offering a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while the other bedrooms feature a combination of double and single beds. There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, ensuring convenience for all guests. Step outside to the patio and discover your own private oasis. The sparkling outdoor pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the resort access provides additional amenities and activities. Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 5-bedroom house, including the open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, five private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. Step outside to enjoy the private patio and the refreshing outdoor pool. Additionally, guests have access to resort amenities and activities. A garage and laundry room are also available for your convenience.

You're just a short drive from the world-famous Walt Disney World (approximately 20-25 minutes), Universal Orlando Resort (around 20-25 minutes), and SeaWorld (about 20-25 minutes), ensuring endless entertainment for the whole family. Dining options abound, from casual eateries to fine dining experiences, with a variety of restaurants within a few miles. Explore local shops and enjoy the convenience of nearby grocery stores for all your needs. Transportation from our Kissimmee house is simple. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about a 45-minute drive. We offer free on-site parking, including garage access. Public transportation is available, but a car is recommended. The main theme parks, Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld, are all within a 20-25 minute drive. Ride-sharing services are also readily available. Please park only in designated areas. Enjoy your vacation!



Other Things to Note:

◆ Smoking is strictly prohibited. Extra charges will apply if rules got violated.

◆ There is $25 fee, non-refundable gate card for each vehicle.

◆ The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.

◆ The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.

◆ The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

◆ All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI Kissimmee Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

◆ PMI Kissimmee utilizes a third-party to screen guest identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
