Welcome to your perfect mountain retreat! This newly remodeled (completed January 15th, 2026) 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideally situated about 100 yards of flat, easy walk to the ski slopes, at the For Pete’s Sake Terrain Park, halfway down lower Shawneehaw. It’s also about a 50 yard trail walk to the town’s beloved general store. There are also several restaurants and the sledding hill within a short walk.

Worried about driving in the snow or ice? Park your car on this flat drive way on this flat road on arrival and you really won’t need it for the rest of your stay!

Forget your gloves? (or really almost anything) Walk the quick trail to Fred’s General Store to buy what you need! Need to rent a board or skis? Walk up and get them at Beech Meadows Ski Shop or Fred’s and never have to deal with the hassle of putting them in your car. Need a lift ticket? Don’t fight the crowds and parking. Buy it on line, and ski or board to the bottom of the hill from the meadow and pick it up.

Fantastic stay
