We definitely enjoy the house pedro was amazing host comunicación with him its excellent the house was clean, beautiful, pool was clean, bathroom clean, amazing kitchen he provided us enough towels, we definitely enjoy the house i really recommend the house it's pet friendly as well so you definitely will enjoy this house and won't regret to booked for you future vacation

Very nice property - plenty of space for our family. Convenient to shopping and not too far from the Strip/Airport. Also liked that it is on a quiet street at the end of a cul-de-sac. We had hoped to use the pool, but April weather was still a bit cold and windy and the pool isn't heated - probably great during hot weather! Host was great about communication.

This was a perfect weekend stay for a multi-generational family. We had elderly 94 year old parents that stayed safely in this very clean home. No rugs meant no trips and falls. Easy to roll around. This was very pet friendly home for my one patterdale terrier. Had a clean pet area, came with a bed and dog bowl. The 4 rooms were comfortable. The 2 rooms with bunk beds are interconnected so it would be great for kids but a little uncomfortable for couples to have to walk through one room to get to bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker was put to much needed use. Although the house can be up to 8 people the dining area is for 4. We just brought in the ample seating chairs from outside to sit together. The pool was clean and a great way to cool off during the heat wave we had in month of March. We did sit outside in early mornings. Had a good set up for our group of 7. Quiet neighborhood was a plus for us with our group. Very pleased with our stay overall. We did not use the bbq but was clean.

A very quiet and safe neighborhood. 7 miles away from the Las Vegas Strip but it feels away from the noise of Las Vegas. 4.6 miles from the International Airport T1. 4.7 miles T3. 5.9 miles from the Allegiant Stadium. 6.8 miles to T Móvil Arena. As you can see, the house minutes away from any point of interest.

What makes this property unique

The house is impeccable. Recently renovated. Last house of the street, in a cul-de-sac. No neighbors in the back nor on the right side of the house. Plenty of parking spot. Minutes away from Las Vegas Strip, but far enough to relax and enjoy as a family.
