I am the owner of April Hill Ranch. Thisd ranch is four generations of family. All the kids and grandkids were homeschooled here which gave them the oppertunity to learn so much about ranching, animals, gardening, and farming while also doing their school. I also am a nutritionist. I truly love helping clients to a better health.

Why they chose this property

We chose this 150 acre ranch between Houstin and San Antonio and Austin mainly becasue of the rolling hills. Also the property has only one entrance. there are 2 tanks on the property and a natural creek that flows at the bottom area of the property. It was a perfect location for three homes, a large horse barn, a riding arena, and a cow barn.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because of the hills and natural water locations.there is no entrance to the property except the entrance. some land is black and as you go down the hills it becomes sandy soil. There are exceptional trees mainly Oak.
