Westgate, Starbucks, chipotle, Jersey Mike’s, outlet mall, Rovey Family Farms, Cardinal Stadium, and Crystal Lagoon Water Park (being developed) all within a few miles. Note: Construction in the lot directly north of unit started May 2022 and construction on the lot at the beginning of the street started in November 2022. This can sometimes cause an increase in traffic and noise during the day. It has only been disruptive to day sleepers.
