Our holiday rental, “Marie zur Granitz” (basement apartment, 42 square metres, 1 living/bedroom, 1 bedroom, kitchenette, terrace, max. 2 adults and one toddler, Wi-Fi) is situated in a very quiet and natural setting at the start of the Granitz and only about 3 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. Here you’ll also find the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea. The small village of Serams, where the holiday home is located, is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature.
 
The bright and cheerfully furnished holiday apartment is equipped with modern and comfortable amenities and also offers Wi-Fi internet access. The house features a terrace on the lawn with patio furniture.
Fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will already be made with linens. You can find additional information in the detailed description of the holiday rental.



Right in front of the house, the newly built bike path leads to Binz, the beach, or the beautiful Granitz (a hilly forested area for hiking with a hunting lodge). A parking space is available right at the house. Storage space is available for any bicycles you bring with you. Rental bikes can be delivered directly to the property upon request. The public transit bus stop is approximately 800 metres away.

The Marie an der Granitz basement holiday rental is located on private property surrounded by a garden with a lawn and fruit trees. The apartment, located on the basement level of a single-family home, offers 42 square metres of living space. We can accommodate up to 3 adults. The bright and cheerfully furnished holiday apartment is equipped with modern, high-quality amenities and also features Wi-Fi internet access.
 
The living area features a comfortable sofa with a table and a modern flat-screen TV. The couch can be converted into a bed for a third guest. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, range hood, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.



There is also a dining table with chairs here. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, a single bed, and a wardrobe. A small travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.

Fresh towels will be waiting for you upon arrival, and the beds will, of course, already be made with bed linens. The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and sink, and features natural light as well as a towel warmer. Guests of the holiday rental can barbecue on the lawn in the garden; patio furniture and a grill are provided.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
