Spacious 4-bedroom house at Celebration, near Walt Disney World

Hello! I appreciate your stay. However there’re some points I would like to cleared out since I completely disagree with the stars you gave us. We aren’t a management company, we’re a normal family that love hosting while we aren’t using our home for vacations. We’ve had over 80 reservations in the last 1.5 years and have a perfect 5 stars rating. The rating shouldn’t be based on the look of other houses, but I can guarantee that the neighborhood is in excellent conditions. In the case of the sun, I believe that’s what the sun is for in an open backyard. We know exactly what we offered in the house. The kitchen is equipped with more than 50 different utensils including machines and I believe you could’ve been able to find a similar machine that does the same thing as a kettle. Hygiene is very important to us, we don’t believe dish towels are the best, instead we provide kitchen roll towels. If you don’t see it listing, you can always ask but don’t expect things that we don’t offer in the first place. The property is in WDW, it speaks for itself that you’ll find everything you might need in every aspect. I’ll take the making of the book in consideration, since no one has ever asked for one, I never thought about of making one. Home vacations aren’t for you. What you are asking for is hotel accommodations and HV are different. I believe I've done a great work, other 80 reservations are proof and I am so sorry you are not able to see that. Thank you.
