This was a lovely villa! Aida responded quickly to any questions, and all correspondence from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The villa itself is lovely. It's a mix of classy meets beachy! It's located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, close to shopping and other amenities. There were several surprise amenities upon arrival, including snacks and beverages, which were a special touch. I was on a working trip this time, but I will definitely return and enjoy all the outdoor amenities next time! It was the perfect refuge for me after long days of appointments and meetings. Thank you, Aida, for providing a lovely villa to enjoy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! The big tree in the front yard with the swing was a huge hit with our kids, and the inside was nicely decorated with a great layout. The little extras, like snacks, bottled water, and a first aid kit, were thoughtful touches that made the stay even better. The mattresses were very comfortable, and we loved the location, back patio, and hot tub.Our only feedback is that we weren’t aware the property was a multi-unit home with two other units on site. It was a little surprising to see someone walk out of an area that appeared to be our backyard, even though it was a separate, fenced-off space not shared with our unit. A heads-up in the listing would be helpful, especially for families traveling with young children, so guests know what to expect.Overall, we really liked the house and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable!

It seemed to be recently remodeled in excellent condition. Good safe location. Lots of room for a couple but had an extra bedroom so it would work great for a family. The outdoor area was huge with a great gas grill area. Lots of extra little touches like coffee tea chocolate andchampagne.

The property is extremely clean and quiet. The unit has a very nice feel to it when you walk in. The best spot for us was the backyard. Sitting on the patio outside having coffee and listening to the birds was amazing every morning. The location is close enough to many restaurants, beaches and the River Walk area. The Host is also very attentive and makes you feel very Welcome!!
