Very well-kept, beautiful property. I appreciated how clean and organized it was. The location is good with only a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to Sullivan’s Island restaurants (Obstinate Daughter was a great place to eat). We noted some issues with items on the house, but property manager and support were able to get almost all remedied very quickly. Their response time was excellent. Our only complaint is the pool is quite small. This may be a benefit for little, little children, but for our teen kids (one being a swimmer), it was dinky. I would encourage the pool to be heated to a higher temp because for early morning and night swims the set 84 degrees felt a bit too cold. In the end, it’s a great property.

What a wonderful property! Myself and 8 other friends stayed here for the weekend and it was the perfect size and accommodating for everyone. Plenty of space, beds and large bathrooms in a great location and very clean! Would definitely stay here again!
