We’d like to warmly welcome you to “Your Bavarian Holiday Rental—more…” Our centrally located holiday rentals were completely renovated by the end of 2019 and 2021, respectively, and have been lovingly and modernly furnished. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the lake and the mountains.
Holiday Rental – Completely Renovated by the End of 2019! This spacious 100 m² holiday rental features a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. It also has two balconies where you can enjoy the sun at any time of day. The spacious hallway offers plenty of storage space and features a coat closet. The living room faces the lake and has direct access to the balcony. A seating area with a flat-screen TV and a small reading nook invite you to relax and unwind. The new built-in kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area in the kitchen offers plenty of space for the whole family. From there, you can see our local mountain, the Kampenwand. When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy your coffee on the south-facing balcony. You’ll spend your nights in the master bedroom with a box-spring bed or in the smaller bedroom with a Swiss stone pine bed. We’re happy to provide an extra bed for children upon request. The spacious and modern bathroom features a bathtub and a rainforest shower.
Surrounded by green meadows, walking and hiking trails, and of course the exceptional location overlooking Lake Chiemsee with Herreninsel and Fraueninsel, we promise you an unforgettable stay on the “Bavarian Sea.” The boat dock is about a 2-minute walk away. A small EDEKA supermarket with a bakery is within walking distance. The region around Lake Chiemsee is a paradise for sports enthusiasts. Right outside the front door, bike paths await, perfect for both leisurely rides and more vigorous outings. For those who want to burn off some energy, there’s a beach volleyball court right on the lake and two tennis courts in the immediate vicinity.
Whether you’re hiking, climbing, or simply enjoying a breathtaking view of Lake Chiemsee, our local mountain, the Kampenwand, is the perfect destination.
The cities of Salzburg, Munich, Rosenheim, Wasserburg, and Traunstein can be reached by car or train.
