Eine tolle Unterkunft. Tolle Ausstattung, super Lage, alles gut per Rad oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Selbstversorgung alles vorhanden. Die Probleme sind die absolute Hellhörigkeit des Objektes. Sobald weitere Gäste mit im Haus leben, hört man sogar die Gespräche. Zum anderen liegen die Betten weit ab vom Fenster, sodass es extrem warm wird im Sommer. Duschen war nicht möglich. Entweder kalt duschen, mit geringem Wasserdruck, oder bei warmen Duschen lediglich ein tröpfeln aus der Dusche. Sehr Schade, denn wohl auch schon als Problem bekannt gewesen.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und noch recht neu
Die Wohnung liegt in Kirchdorf an einer Durchfahrtstrasse, es ist aber nicht sehr viel Verkehr. Nachts kann man gut und erholt schlafen.
Die Wohnung ist einem guten noch recht neuen Zustand.
Einzig was nicht schön war, sind die getrennten Betten.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Insel (Natur und Strände), die Führung in der Poeler Kirche und unser Ausflug nach Wismar haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Frage: Warum gibt es auf der ganzen Insel keine Tankstelle???

3 Sterne beim Wohlfühlfaktor erklären sich so, dass wir es nicht so super fanden, am Pavillon vorne an der Straße zu sitzen. Ein zusätzlicher kleiner Sitzplatz neben dem Haus erschien uns angenehmer. Vielleicht ist es ja möglich, den Platz vor der Seitentür einzurichten. Zum Thema Sauberkeit und Kalkablagerungen hatten wir bereits ein Gespräch vor Ort.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Nur kleine Einwände: die Schränke sind sehr klein und im Bad fehlen Haken für die Handtücher, diese muss man am Heizungskörper provisorisch befestigen. Ansonsten wie bereits bewertet sehr gut.
