Haus SEESCHWALBE - Just a stone's throw from the beautiful Timmendorf harbor

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a separate dining area and a modern, bright fitted kitchen.

From the high-quality and lovingly furnished living room with fireplace you have direct access to the south-facing terrace, which is on the way to the beach.

A guest toilet and washing machine are available on the ground floor.

On the upper floor you will find a beautiful bathroom with shower and toilet.

The four cozy bedrooms for a total of 6 people are equipped as follows: one bedroom with a single bed, two bedrooms with a double bed (1x1.40x2.00m and 1x1.80x2.00m) and a bright, friendly room in the attic with two single beds.

A high chair, as well as books and toys are available for our little guests. A travel cot can be booked via PAS for a fee.

Enjoy your terrace: garden furniture and a grill are available for you.

WiFi is available free of charge.

It is approx. 70 m to the beach.

Parking space available at the house.

Alles Perfekt, außer dass es am Dienstag keine Meldung an die Kunden gab,wegen der Störung am Gas Netz,und dadurch Stötung an der Heizung,(dadurch Sorgen dass Mann als Gast was beschädigt hat.) leider telefonisch über den ganzen Tag war im Büro auch keiner erreichbar. Erst nach der Rückker aus Kühlungsborn,und dem Besuch im Büro sind wir aufgeklärt worden. Nicht böse gemeint.

Schönes, strandnah gelegenes Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern sind Bücher, Spiele, CDs und CD Player in gutem Zustand vorhanden. Toll sind die Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten in allen Schlafzimmern. Die Küche könnte allerdings bessere und größere Pfannen und Töpfe gebrauchen.

Es war eine sehr angenehme Urlaubszeit, da es an nichts mangelte. Besonders toll war die Lage, die Nähe zum Strand. Das ein Bollerwagen zur Verfügung stand, gefiel unserer 2jährigen Tochter. Die Ausstattunhg war überragend, so viele Teller. Auch der Blick von ganz oben zum Leuchtturm war spitze! Ein klasse Urlaub.

Wir haben uns in der Seeschwalbe sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Terrasse mit Blick auf ein Reetdachhaus und die Steinmauer mit den Hagebutten war sehr gemütlich. Im Haus, das stilvoll eingerichtet ist, haben die für alle Altersgruppen anspruchsvoll bestückten Bücherregale ganz besonders Anklang gefunden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es entspricht genau der Haus-Beschreibung. Der schöne Strand mit Strandkörben ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Fischbrötchen am Kutter sind sehr zu empfehlen :-)

Liebevoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, zusätzlich waren im Kinderzimmer viele Spielsachen hinterlegt, was unseren Enkel sehr erfreute! Kaffeemaschine war defekt, wurde sofort durch eine neue Maschine ersetzt! Alles perfekt und super freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter - wir kommen wieder :)

Wir haben uns in der Seeschwalbe sehr wohl gefühlt. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete und geräumige Haus hat alles geboten, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Als einzigen Kritikpunkt muß ich anführen, dass sich mein Mann nicht mit dem Kopfkissen anfreunden konnte.
