Do not store trash outside or prop doors open-will attract outdoor critters and damage HVAC. Stay on Stargazer property. Cabins are privately owned.
No RVs or campers of any kind. Violation of community HOA, grounds for immediate eviction, no refund and tow at guest expense. No pets on furniture.
