Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Make sure all exterior lights are turned off (front/ back porch lights & Italian Globe lights) Turn off all ceiling fans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No bonfires/ No smoking on property (inside or outside) (Burn ban typically in effect) Charcoal use only outdoor grill. No Wood. Don’t use when windy
Do not store trash outside or prop doors open-will attract outdoor critters and damage HVAC. Stay on Stargazer property. Cabins are privately owned.
No RVs or campers of any kind. Violation of community HOA, grounds for immediate eviction, no refund and tow at guest expense. No pets on furniture.

We have stayed in this cabin for years. They have recently made some upgrades and we love it even more. It was dark when we got here and the patio being lit was not only beautiful but helpful! Definitely will rent again!

Excellent property for our family of 6. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Everything was just as the listing said. We hope to book it next year for a return visit.

Great place for our family of 5 a dog. Had games/puzzles ready to go, well-stocked kitchen, easy to find, and maybe a 5 minute drive from the marina.

The cabin was amazing and perfect for what we needed. The host was very responsive and kind. The pool is nice and only a quick trip down the road. We were in town for a Rocker B tournament and it was a 25 minutes drive to the fields, not bad at all.The General Store is also right down the road for anything you forgot and they are very nice as well.

We had the best experience with our host. She was very helpful with any questions we had. The cabin was very clean and cozy. They had a lot of board games and things for the kids to do. The atmosphere was fantastic. I would recommend this cabin to anyone.

My husband, son and I stayed in this cozy cabin recently as we were attending a baseball tournament at Rocker B Ranch! The place was clean and located in a beautiful area!!! The views were breathtaking! The cabin was furnished with everything you might have needed! There is a golf course that my husband and son went to while we stayed, not far from the cabin that they enjoyed! The host is an absolute sweetheart!! She was very quick to respond to any of our needs and concerns, she even checked on us by phone when she heard there was bad weather in the area… that was so sweet of her as she was also on vacation too I believe! We would definitely stay again!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your place!!
