Be our guest at this renovated 2-bedroom home located in the Armory Park neighborhood. Walk to nearby restaurants and breweries, or the heart of downtown. The house is well decorated and supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unwind in the large backyard with a new heated pool and patio. Fire up the grill and enjoy the privacy of the backyard with desert landscaping. South Tucson is right arount the corner to explore Tucson's best Mexican food. U of A is 10 minutes away by car, or there are several public transportation options available to you. Enjoy staying near the vibrant scene of Downtown Tucson. The pool can be heated at an exra cost of $250 for the first 3 days an $25/day thereafter. Please let us know if you are interested in this option.

This was a great stay! Loved the quiet historical neighborhood. The house was great - spacious, comfortable, and everything we wanted and needed. The backyard is fantastic! Wonderful large pool, great pool and patio furniture, beautifully landscaped, and plenty of shade or sun options.

We found the property to be very comfy! The manager was also responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. The pool was such a great place to land in the late afternoon.And we felt the location was good for walking or driving to the places that we wanted to enjoy.

10 stars! Everything was perfect and we travel quite a bit. We had 4 adults and a baby and it felt like plenty of room. The house is historic and the updates made didn’t comprise the integrity of the home. Good location close to 4th Ave. Two coffee choices - drip and Nespresso which was a nice touch. The pool was so nice and the backyard was beautifully manicured. Felt like a private oasis. Even the sheets were soft and the beds were comfortable. She thought of everything! Usually I can’t wait to get home from a work trip, but I didn’t want to leave.
