My approach is grounded in being attentive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented, ensuring your stay is smooth, well supported, and carefully managed from start to finish.

I specialize in property management and consulting in Costa Rica’s Southern Zone and Osa region, and I’ve helped many individuals and families feel comfortable and confident as they settle into life here—whether for a short stay or a longer visit. Living locally allows me to offer practical guidance and genuine insight into the area, from everyday logistics to enjoying the region’s natural beauty and slower pace of life.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, I relocated to the Uvita area in 2021 with my three daughters. What began as a leap of faith has grown into a deeply fulfilling life rooted in community, nature, and intention, along with several locally based businesses focused on home, lifestyle, and family travel.

My goal is to offer guests more than just a beautiful place to stay. I aim to provide a calm, well-cared-for experience, along with thoughtful local insight and reliable support, so you can truly relax and enjoy your time in Costa Rica.

The Southern Pacific Zone of Costa Rica—particularly the Osa and Costa Ballena region—is often considered one of the country’s best-kept secrets. Lush and green year-round, this area offers extraordinary natural beauty without the heavy crowds found in more tourist-driven destinations. Life here moves at a gentler pace, surrounded by jungle-covered hills, pristine beaches, rivers, waterfalls, and abundant wildlife.

This region has everything needed for daily life—grocery stores, schools, healthcare, restaurants, and services—while still feeling peaceful, grounded, and deeply connected to nature. I chose to make my home here because I wanted to raise my daughters in a calm, safe, and nurturing environment—one that values simplicity, nature, and balance. The Southern Zone offers a rare sense of ease and freedom, where community feels genuine and life feels intentional rather than rushed.
