The “Strandhafer” holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of the rear section of Villa Christiana (the so-called “annex”), which faces away from Kurstraße. Spanning just over 50 square metres, it features a walk-through bedroom with two beds, a small walk-through dining room, a hallway, a kitchen, a small bathroom (shower/toilet), another walk-through bedroom with a double bed, and a living room.

The historic “Villa Christiana” welcomes you to a prime location in Graal-Müritz on the prestigious Kurstraße in the Graal district. It’s just a few hundred metres to the Rhododendron Park—and just a few more steps to the coastal forest and the kilometer-long sandy beach. The house features 10 holiday apartments of various sizes. A special perk for guests at Villa Christiana: Our property manager, Beate Flemming, lives on-site. She is therefore available to hand over your keys directly on-site.

Preis-Leistung passt!

Die schlechten Bewertungen anderer könnnen wir nicht nachvollziehen. Alles was bemängelt werden könnte, war in der Beschreibung und in den Fotos ersichtlich! Einziges Mango die steile Eingangstreppe, was aber wahrscheinlich im Zuge der Renovierung geändert wird, und wir wussten das vorher, da wir Wiederholungstäter sind. Frau Flemming ist bei Fragen oder Problemen immer da und kümmert sich wirklich nett und zügig um alles!

Jut aber.....

Das Objekt hat alles was benötigt wurde aber für den Preis hatte ich mehr erwartet. W-Lan. Einen besseren TV Empfang. Eine Schimmelfreie Dusche. Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden vor allem waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. anzumerken wäre das eine Schranktür etwas hängt und somit beim öffnen das darunterliegende Schubfach immer mit öffnet. Aber alles im allem im großen und ganzem würde ich mich wieder an Sie wenden!
