About the host
Hosted by Jeaneen Bailey
I have been a Southtown resident since 2016. You can fnd me walking along the river with my dog, Rosie, enjoying a cold beverage on my front porch with neighbors and riding my bike around when the weather is nice.
Why they chose this property
Southtown is vibrant and it is a true community. There is so much to do and see just a block or two away!
What makes this property unique
Sadie house is one of the tiny homes in Lavaca. The original white pine floors have scratches and dings, but they hold the history of the home. The front porch is a perfect spot to people watch on a Saturday night and maybe even catch a little music from a neighboring bar or restaurant.
