Welcome to The Tipsy Turtle, a spacious and family-friendly getaway located inside the beautiful Running Y Resort. With room for up to 12 guests, this home is perfect for family trips, group getaways, resort stays, and adventures throughout Southern Oregon.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, spa tub, and walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home and share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A dedicated office near the front entry doubles as additional sleeping space, giving larger groups plenty of room to spread out.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, full coffee bar, comfortable gathering spaces, fast Wi-Fi, game table, and plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. Each reservation also includes 6 Running Y recreation passes providing access to the resort pool, spa, and fitness center.

The Running Y is surrounded by the natural beauty of Southern Oregon, with nearby lakes, trails, golf, wildlife, and outdoor recreation. Crater Lake National Park is approximately 1.5 hours away, making The Tipsy Turtle a comfortable home base for exploring the region.

Excellent house in a beautiful community. The grandkids loved the extra play area and the adults appreciated that the play area was part of the living room space. It allowed us to visit and keep and even on them. Host was super responsive. I kept the hosts contact information so I can go back without having to use VRBO. VRBO keeps making everything so hard on hosts and guests. The host released my security deposit right away, but VRBO held on to it for an extra 6 or 7 days. If you have the pleasure of staying at this home, I recommend you do the same. Just start collecting host's contact information and bypass VRBO all-together.

Our family arrived from several states. House had plenty of room for us. I wrote to Mike regarding the broken pocket door and dryer and received an instant response. He was aware of both items from previous renters.Some of the family members thought the air conditioning wasn’t working properly because it didn’t cool the house down to their liking. They felt it was too warm. I didn’t respond because I thought you probably had it set so renters couldn’t go below a certain temperature. It was very comfortable for me. Thank you.

I'm sorry this home wasn't fully to your liking but for transparency as this is a new listing: The thermostat is NOT a locked one. Guests have FULL CONTROL of the heat and AC for the duration of their stay, The jack n jill bathroom door in question works better off the tracks so the owner chose to leave it off. It is NOT broken as in doesn't work. The dryer was looked at by an appliance repair man the day of your arrival which you knew as it effected early check-in. Sometimes these things take time and ordering parts to fully resolve. The washer works fine and so does the dryer. It was just making a funny sound at the time of this reservation and was fully fixed the day of departure.

Mike and Lacey were so accommodating to me and my family. Really appreciate the extra effort they went through. Communication was great. The property was absolutely beautiful. The Running Y Ranch area was amazing. Definitely booking here again.
