The Plaza Premium Hotel building is located in a very quiet area and is only a few minutes walk from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. In addition, you can use many amenities of the building. You can use the outdoor pool free of charge during the summer months. For the indoor pool of the adjacent Plaza Premium Hotel, you can buy a day pass or book beauty treatments. There is also a restaurant and a bar where you can eat from morning to night without having to walk far.

The apartment has a large living and dining area with a small but fully equipped kitchen. The large window and balcony door provide a fantastic view from here as well. Also from the spacious bedroom you have access to your large balcony on which a table and two sun loungers are waiting for you for relaxing hours. The modern shower room leaves nothing to be desired, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available.

The village of Timmendorfer-Strand is the highlight for a vacation on the Baltic Sea. The kilometer-long Baltic Sea beach from Niendorf up to Sierksdorf in the Bay of Lübeck is one of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches in Germany. You can rent a beach chair on the beach or enjoy the sun. Everything is offered there for sports fans: whether surfing, diving or stand-up paddling. In Timmendorfer-Strand there are numerous activities for vacationers, a visit to the Baltic Sea thermal baths, the Sea Life Aquarium or a shopping tour along the city's promenade with its numerous stores and restaurants. The Hanseatic city of Lübeck with its historic buildings and museums is only 15km away. Trips to Travemünde or Lake Plön are also easily possible from here.
