Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.

PARKING:
Parking for up to 4 vehicles.
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads.

Offering practicality and luxury, Highland Greens 42 is located just north of Breckenridge and is perfect for groups or families up to 10! This townhome is a lovely three bedroom, three bathrooms equipped with a den for additional sleeping accommodations. Don't forget to take advantage of the private outdoor hot tub after a long day of hiking or hitting the slopes! This stunning property is one mile from a 27 hole public golf course and is a short 5-minute drive to Main St. Breckenridge. Plus, having Free Wi-Fi and free shuttle service in the winter is a huge bonus! If you're looking for a place with comfort and style, than look no further than Highland Greens 42! Base of Peak 9 drop off leaves you within 600 feet of the chairlift, or you can ski down there from the Beaver Run drop off - the other 3 drop-offs are within 100 feet of those lifts - very convenient. For those renting gear, Charter Sports Blue Sky location will store your rental equipment overnight, and is right next to the Snowflake chairlift, for a convenient shuttle to lift travel, and back, in your street boots.
Get a great night sleep in the master king-size bed attached with your private bathroom. You'll find a cozy queen size bed in the second bedroom and the third, a full-size bunk bed.
The den has a large flat screen tv and a twin size daybed with the additional trundle twin size underneath (sleeps two people separately, or the trundle can be raised to create more of a queen size bed) perfect for the use of a 4th bedroom.
The great room has a 47" flat-screen TV accompanied by a cozy gas fireplace to enhance any atmosphere!
The updated kitchen boasts granite countertops with seating for four at the breakfast bar and eight at the dining room table.
A private 2-car attached garage which means no winter snow scraping! Bask in the private five-person outdoor hot tub in a beautifully landscaped mountain setting.
Need an activity for the kids? Feel free to utilize the bumper pool table!
During the winter season, there is a free, private shuttle service that is operated solely for the properties in our complex of Highland Greens. It does not stop at any other complex.
In runs on a continuous loop every hour and stops right at the end of the driveway!
It has four stops: Snowflake Lift, Base of Peak 9, Town, and the Gondola.
Winter Highlights:
After your ski day, relax in the private five-person hot tub on the deck of this property, at the end of your ski day, with of view of the slopes of Breckenridge. Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open till late March. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.
Summer Highlights:
You can ride a mountain bike on Breckenridge's mountain trails, or ride a "comfort" bike on the 9-mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
