Wonderful terraced house for a vacation with communal pool in a residence on the slopes of Monte Carru, 2 km from beautiful Alghero.
From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay of Capo Caccia. The complex has beautiful manicured gardens and is surrounded by rich and fragrant Mediterranean vegetation and centuries-old olive trees. The historic town of Alghero, with its Catalan origins palpable in its architecture, language and culture, offers endless possibilities for excursions. In the surrounding area you will find archaeological areas, nuraghi and necropolis, various naturalistic oases, the famous caves of Neptune and some of the most beautiful beaches of the island. Gourmets can enjoy the exquisite wine and the renowned cuisine. For nightlife lovers there are many clubs and several discos. The sea is about 3.5 km away.
