THE SPACE -
Welcome to our beautiful two-story retreat, featuring 4 comfortable bedrooms perfect for families or groups. Recently renovated, the home offers a fresh, modern feel with plenty of natural light throughout, creating an open, airy atmosphere you’ll love. With thoughtful design and a welcoming layout, each space is crafted for comfort and relaxation, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring or work.
KITCHEN -
The fully stocked kitchen includes all the necessities to make for a comfortable stay! Refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Nook area includes round table with 4 chairs and island has 4 barstools.
DINING AREA -
The dining room includes an extended dining table with (6) chairs. Guests are welcome to include chairs from nook area to comfortably seat 10.

Bathroom 1: Half bath on first floor
Bathroom 2: Full bath ensuite to Master bedroom
Bathroom 3: 3/4 bath on second floor

Bedroom 1: The ensuite with a king bed located on the first floor- french doors lead directly to backyard sitting area

LAUNDRY/DISHWASHER -
The property conveniently features a laundry room with stacked washer/dryer and (4) complimentary laundry pods to help guests get started with washing clothes during their visit.
In addition, guests will receive 4 dishwasher detergent pods.
PARKING -
Our guests have use of the driveway that fits 2 cars, as well as the garage that includes up to 2 cars. There is additional uncovered parking on the street.
ACCESS - Guests will have access to the entire house and garage. There are personal use/supplies storage lockers in the garage that are locked and restricted from guest access.
CHECK IN - Our check-in process is easy with a keyless Smartlock. The day before check-in, guests will receive a unique code to unlock the property and utilize during their stay. This code will automatically expire upon checkout.
SERVICE/MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL - Please note that the property is regularly serviced by a pool technician on Thursdays and landscapers on Fridays. Please refer to the welcome guide post booking for additional details. Access to the property by these service personnel is not to be impeded by guest.
TRASH/RECYCLING - If your stay falls on a Monday or Wednesday, we kindly ask that guests take the trash/recycling can out to the street, and bring it back in the next day. More details provided in welcome guide.
SMOKING - This property has a strict NO SMOKING policy. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes and any forms of marihuana. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine.
SECURITY - The property has a total of (3) cameras; including the doorbell Ring camera, driveway camera, and side gate access camera. There are no cameras facing or capturing any views of the backyard; ensuring the privacy and quiet enjoyment of the guests.
