A small cabin with a superb view and plenty of space for families

The cabin is situated in the middle of a large property with mature trees at an elevation of about 1,000 metres on the Rainsberg above Reichenfels. From there, you have a sweeping view of the upper Lavant Valley. With approximately 60 square metres of living space, it comfortably accommodates 5 people in 3 bedrooms.

Outdoor area: Approximately 1,500 square metres of hillside property featuring a wild meadow and mature trees, situated in the middle of a sparsely built-up holiday home community on the hillside. Wonderfully quiet location. Upper terrace facing south with sweeping views across the Lavant Valley. Lower terrace with a windbreak, rain shelter, and play area. Separate parking for 2 cars. Very well suited for families with children. Outdoor features such as stairs, etc., are functional but currently still a bit crooked & uneven...

Interior: The rustic cabin is simply furnished and, on a total area of approximately 60 square metres, features a large living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and three bedrooms accommodating 5 people. The exterior of the cabin has been restored to its original 1968 condition, but the interior is up to date.

For short-term stays, there is also a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. But then it gets really cosy....

Kitchen: Separate room with an electric stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment; no dishwasher (technically not feasible due to winter weather conditions (frost))

Heating: Wood-burning hot-air tiled stove; firewood stored at the house;

Water: Hot water is provided by an electrically heated water heater.

Other amenities: Washing machine in the basement and a clothes drying rack, garden table and chairs, beer tent set for 6–8 people, umbrella, fire pit, grill, hammock,
