The Black Box House is meticulously designed with modern touches and artistic flair! This relaxing retreat includes:



LIVING ROOM: A relaxing space with spacious low profile couch, smart tv, bluetooth record player, and upright piano.



KITCHEN: A true chef's kitchen with top quality cooking materials. Additional amenities include filtered water system, gas range, toaster oven, and drip coffee maker. Counter seating for 3.



DINING: Dining space with table seating for 5 next to glass sliding doors and large window for the perfect natural lighting during your meals.



BEDROOM 1: Complete with a comfortable Queen bed with closet, and sliding doors leading to a small deck.



FULL BATHROOM: Full bathroom with shower/tub combination.



MASTER BEDROOM: A spacious bedroom tucked in the back of the home, with private views of lush surroundings. Complete with california king bed, open work space/desk, and large walk in closet.



ENSUITE BATHROOM: Attached full bathroom with walk in shower.



OUTDOOR SPACE: Lush surroundings with paver path to walk around! A 2 person bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Charcoal grill supplied for in-home meals.

The Black Box House is in a perfect location, close to all the hot spots in St. Augustine! The property is minutes away from the West King District with local favorite spots such as Blue Hen, Maracuya coffee house, and Muggsy's. Downtown is only a few minutes drive and Vilano Beach is a 15 minute drive from the home.



Getting Around:

The Black Box House is in short driving distance to all things St. Augustine.



Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.



The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.



Other Things to Note:

The Florida East Coast Railway runs throughout the St. Augustine area. Trains can be heard throughout the day around town and the home. White noise machines are provided for light sleepers.
