Enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, on-site ski shop, restaurant, and the winter shuttle to Killington’s Snowshed Base Lodge. The golf course is right next door.

The Birchstone is a bright, modern two-bedroom condo at Mountain Green — perfectly located for year-round Killington adventures. The open-concept living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen make it easy to relax together after a day on the mountain or out on the golf course.

This single-level home features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king bed and another with two double beds, giving everyone plenty of space to settle in. The condo also includes 1.5 bathrooms for added convenience.

As a guest of Mountain Green, you’ll enjoy access to the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym. There’s also an on-site ski shop and restaurant, making it easy to grab gear or a bite to eat. In the winter, take advantage of the shuttle that runs directly to Killington Resort’s Snowshed Base Lodge. In the summer, the condo sits right next door to Killington’s scenic golf course.

Buildings 1–2 will soon be undergoing window repairs. Building 3 is not affected at this time. Work typically takes place from 7am–5pm through November, and there may be some construction noise and limited parking. The pool and gym are not impacted. Please note that construction schedules vary by unit—see below for the specific dates related to this unit: June 8th-August 7th.
Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
