Come enjoy an impeccable nw contemporary home sited for privacy, with 81 feet of prime north shore waterfront for sun all day long, year round. Complete with your own dock with covered boat lift, buoy, swim ladder & you're ready for some serious fun. Powerful front row views of craggy mountains plunging into the blue waters of lake chelan. Airy rooms flowing onto expansive decks & bonus spaces for you and your guests to make this your personal resort.
Please note: our pictures show a hot tub on the deck, but the hot tub was removed and is no longer available for your use. Also, the lake level does vary depending on the time of year making the boat lift not useable until late June. The buoy is available in this event.

Located in sun bay, this quiet retreat is just far enough up the lake to avoid the busy boat traffic found at the base of the lake, yet is only a 7 mile drive to the town of chelan.

We have 5 exterior surveillance cameras located around the house. They are available to the owner to view at our discretion.
Camera #1 is located on the garage side of the house and views the upper entry area, garage and parking area.
Camera #2 is located above the entry area and views the stairway and entry area.
Camera # 3 is located in the corner of the upper deck above the doorway and views the area where the barbeque is located.
Camera #4 is located on the back of the house and views most of the lower deck area.
Camera #5 is also located on the back of the house and views the yard below the stairway to the dock and the dock.

Note: Due to the new Chelan County Short Term Rental Regulations we are only allowed to have 6 occupants day or night.

Amazing stay in Manson / Lake Chelan

We had a truly amazing stay. The location is beautiful, and fairly private, but with easy access to Manson. So everything was convenient.That said, the house itself was the real highlight. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. The hosts have done an amazing job stocking it up with basically anything you can think of for a week long stay with family. We really could not have asked for anything more in terms of incredible views, easy access to the water, cozy seating areas, cooking options, etc.We would highly, highly recommend and hope to go back soon!

Perfect getaway for boaters

Great house for family get together

The house is perfectly suited for a family get together. We had 8 adults and it was spacious for all of us. Excellently outfitted, close to Manson but very quiet location on the lake. Absolutely no issues during our stay. Would be a top choice for us to stay there again.

Amazing Summer Retreat

My family had an amazing time at Mike and Vanessa's home. This house has everything you need and makes it very easy to enjoy the view of the lake and have fun in the sun. We had a great time and really appreciate all the nice things this home has to offer. We love the sound system, all the water toys, and the view is so beautiful. We can't wait until the next year!

Perfect Place to Experience Chelan

This property was even better than advertised. It had amazing views of the lake from every room! It was clean and spacious. The walk-in pantry and laundry room off the kitchen were such nice bonuses as they allowed us plenty of places to keep our stuff out of the living spaces. Common areas on both levels of the house provided space to spread out. Access to the lake was great. The house had everything needed to enjoy our stay! We’d love to come back!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We planned a surprise 60th birthday and this beautiful "home" gave us the perfect place to relax and enjoy our family. It's well stocked, well laid out and plenty spacious for our kids and grandchild. Quality and comfort (especially the beds) throughout! GREAT location on the lake with a dock and boat facility and water toys to enjoy beautiful Lake Chelan. We were lucky to have perfect weather and enjoyed the lake of course, but also golf, wine country, hiking and shopping, all close by. Thank you for a wonderful place to make memories and we plan on returning to this special home.

Great family vacation

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary by renting this beautiful lakefront home for my family. This was our second time renting and we live Mike and Vanessa’s place. There was plenty of room for the six of us. Great views and played in the lake everyday. The place was clean and every worked well in the home. Really enjoyed the dock, bbq and while home stereo system. We look forward to renting here again and for more great family memories.

We had a wonderful time

Wanting to spend my Wif'es 50th Birthday someplace special..she chose Lake Chelan. We have been to Lake Chelan many times but wanted to stay someplace new, where we could have privacy, take our dogs and have a great view. As luck would have it, she chose this property. So glad we did. I was amazingly beautiful ! Spacious as we had another couple and my Daughter and her friend as well. It had everything we needed for a wonderful Birthday. Summer Trip

There were a few important repairs that needed to be made before we arrived and were not such as the door latch on the bottom floor and the blinds. Moreover, there was a great deal of fruit flies in the kitchen when we arrived. With the cleaning costs we were a bit disappointed.

Rae, I clearly informed you in my welcoming email that the blind cord had broken in the lower bedroom just prior to your stay and I had a new blind on order. The door latch was the left side of the French door and the right side door was functioning properly. I tried to fix it prior to your rental but I couldn't determine why it wasn't working and how to fix it. This shouldn't have been a big issue since there isn't really isn't a need to use that side of the door. As far as the fruit flies, we were at the house just prior to your stay. There were no fruit flies during our stay. This time of year, the Chelan Valley being a big apple tree area also results with our area being swarmed with fruit flies. It only takes a few minutes of doors being open while you are unloading a vehicle for hundreds of fruit flies to enter the home, I know because it's happened to us. This is not a cleaning issue, it's just an environmental irritant we have in this area especially in Late August and through September while all the apple fields have apples rotting on the ground. I'm sorry you are disappointed, but I feel you are being overly reactive to awfully minor issues. Mike

The Most Amazing Lake House!! 🌟🌟🌟

What an amazing property! They home is breathtakingly beautiful! Their is a view from every room. All the amenities you will need for your stay and then some! We have been coming to Chelan since 1997 and this is by far our favorite rental! The super cool Nuvo Audio System allowed us to listen to music from anywhere in th house as well as the outside! Plenty of places to bask in the sun on one of the decks or so n the dock. Also included is a paddle boat & boards which the kids enjoyed. Thank You Mike & Vanessa for a lovely end of the summer!!

Another Great Family Vacation

This is our 3rd summer in a row renting this beautiful home. Thank you Vanessa & Mike for letting us rent your fantastic lakefront home. my family really enjoyed the great views, dock to swim off of and the buoy to tie our jet ski to. The whole home stereo system was hit. Great views from all rooms. We also appreciate having a place to park our trailer. Thanks for the wine, chocolate and coffee awaiting us. This wonderful retreat lets you enjoy all the beauty Lake Chelan has to offer!

No words can express how much we needed and enjoyed staying in Mike and Vanessa's vacation home this year. Every year we rent a home on the lake and this year we decided to book their home and we were not disappointed. Highlights for us were easy access to the lake (there is a second ladder into the water I don't think the pics show), the 2 car garage was a feature not many vacation homes offer, sound system amazing, comfy family room downstairs for a late night movies, well appointed kitchen/home (I suggest checking what's in the kitchen/pantry first and then grocery shop), quite home on dead end, quick trip into Manson, close to gym in Manson you can rent by day/week if you want (I appreciated that) and most of all the quick personal contact with the Mike. We felt they really cared that we enjoyed our stay. Did I mention the SUN SUN SUN...it doesn't get much better than this. Thanks Mike and Vanessa for opening your home for us to enjoy. We have already booked 2016!

Best Vacation Home

My family just returned from a week long vacation at Lake Chelan. Over the years, we always use VRBO to book vacation homes, even including trips out of the country. This was the best vacation we've ever had, and a large part of that was due to the wonderful stay at this home. The waterfront location was ideal. The property is located a few miles north of the town of Manson, so you avoid the lake boat traffic but you are only a short drive into town to get groceries or to dine at one of the restaurants. We also found the water to be calmer at this location on the lake, so we were able to easily paddle board on a day when the water was too choppy in downtown Chelan. We easily rented a boat and jet skis at Shoreline rentals, and found they delivered the boat to their Manson Bay location so we could easily pick up and drop off the rentals. In my years of renting properties, I have never stayed at a place that was so well stocked. It was almost as if you were staying at a resort hotel. Shampoo, soap, hair dryers, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, sponges, condiments, spices, sugar, flour, olive oil, tea, etc... to name just a few, were all provided. All we had to do was pick up the basic food needs from the grocery store and we were set for the entire week. The backyard deck and lounge chairs were comfortable and we used them everyday. Overall, this was the best family vacation we've ever had. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We hope to return.

Dream 60th Birthday with Family

This happily situated home is idyllic for a family stay. The views are spectacular, every room of this beautiful home has a view of the lake. The house is thoroughly equipped and comfortable. We felt as if we were staying in a friend's home and not in a rental home.

The home is the best on the block, with sweeping views of the lake and snowed hills, wonderfully decorated for Christmas giving it a home away from home feel. Owners were promptly available and the detail in directions and amenities made things easy.

Nice clean well equipped home. While home stereo was a hit with the family. The deck was great. The house had everything we needed. Hopefully we will be able to rent this property again. Spectacular!

Amazing home in beautiful location on Lake Chelan. Couldn't ask for better! You walk into the home with an immediate spectacular view of the lake and surrounding hills through all the glass windows. The two decks (upper and lower) are perfectly placed. The lake was reasonably quiet at this spot. The kitchen was generously stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots and pans you could need. There was wonderful space in the master suite for unpacking. The owners were very helpful when we had questions. Loved our week here!

Incredible view and comfortable property

We loved our experience here. The view from the home is truly remarkable. The home itself is wonderful and has all the comforts of home. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out but also great spaces for everyone to come together for dinner, game nights or movies. All and all, just great!
