Das Haus wurde 1983 gebaut und die Wohnung 2017/18 renoviert. Das Bad
ist nicht neu, aber in einem guten Zustand.
Nachdem wir von der Schließung des Restaurants erfahren haben, wurde
unsere Ausschreibung umgehend korrigiert.
