~Kindly tidy up the space as a courtesy to the host
~ Turn off all lights before leaving
~ Report any maintenance issues (e.g., blown bulbs, leaks)
~ Dispose of trash in the bins in the parking lot
~ Set the thermostat to 71°F before departure
