Hauß Vacation Home - Property ID 120633
The holiday home (non-smoking) is a detached house measuring 53 m² with a covered patio. The holiday home is equipped with air conditioning and is located on a large lot in a very quiet area on the outskirts of Waren (Müritz). For your relaxation, there is a lawn with lounge chairs and a grill. For physical activity, you can use a swing on the property, as well as bicycles at no additional cost—including those with child seats if needed. You can also securely store your own bicycles. Your car has a secure parking spot on our property for the duration of your stay.
One pet is allowed in the holiday home. Please note that fees apply and that the host family owns a dog. The holiday home is not separately fenced. Be sure to indicate before arrival that you will be bringing a pet, as appropriate arrangements will be made at the property.

The holiday home features a living room with two comfortable armchairs and a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV
, and a radio with a CD player, as well as a separate dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs. There is also a
well-equipped small kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, a combination microwave/mini-oven, a kettle and egg cooker,
a coffee maker, a toaster, plenty of dishes and glasses, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a
dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms with made-up beds available for sleeping. One bedroom
has a double bed, and the other has a single bed (both bedrooms
can accommodate a cot for a small child). The bathroom with a shower is located in the basement and can be reached via an internal staircase
. It is equipped with a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, toiletries, a towel dryer, and a washing machine
.
Towels are provided for the duration of your stay (changed weekly).
Utility consumption is tracked by reading the metre readings upon arrival and departure. This is not included in the booking price and must be paid upon departure.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
