ROOMS

Main Master: King bed with ensuite bath which has a separate shower and soak tub, double sink. Toilet in offset room with door and has a bidet if you prefer. Cable tv on a Roku tv (use either).

Guest Master: Queen bed with ensuite bath with shower. Roku tv. Ceiling fan. Walk-in closet.

Queen guest: Queen bed. Roku Tv. Ceiling fan

Bunk bed room: Twin bed atop and full bed below. Roku Tv

Living room: Cable tv on a roku tv. Use either. Ceiling fan

Game room has a pool table.

All electric home, so no carbon monoxide fumes to be worried about.

Our spacious, air-conditioned 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is set on a quiet, private location. You'll find a private southwest facing pool, so it gets the sun all day long. There are pool alarms on the doors that lead to the pool. Under our covered lanai is where you'll find a table and chairs where you can have a snack while you take a dip in the pool. There are also separate lounge chairs for just laying out by the pool enjoying the sun or reading a good book.

Our villa has all the amenities for a perfect get-away.

The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with linens, pillows and comforter, ample drawer space, TV and a walk-in closet. The En suite comes complete with a garden tub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity, separate toilet area with entrance to pool.
The Queen Suite has a Queen-size bed also with linens, pillows and comforter, TV, closet, ample drawer space. The En suite facilities including walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.
The additional Queen Bedroom includes Queen bed with TV, closet and plenty of drawer space and adjacent to main bathroom.

The bunk room offers a bunk bed and includes, TV, closet and ample drawer space. All Bedrooms have TV's.

The living area has comfortable furniture. It has a brand new flat screen Cable TV. We also have FREE Wireless High-Speed internet to make use of your Whatspp calls throughout the world possible in full clarity.

The fully equipped kitchen area has all the amenities you need, including microwave, oven, stove, fridge, ice-maker, dishwasher, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker, and all the cooking utensils. We have two nicely furnished dining areas for your convenience - a breakfast area overlooking the pool and another dining table in the living area. There are also bar stools for eating at the kitchen island. A separate utility room, just off the kitchen, is equipped with a washer and dryer, along with iron and ironing board.

We also have a game room featuring a pool table. For the real little ones, we have a pack 'n play, a stroller, and high chair. Please Note, pool heat is recommended November - March.

Pool heat is $30 per day (3 consecutive minimum). It is an electric pool heater which means it may take as much as 24 hours to reach target temperature. In addition, if the ambient outdoor temperature falls below 58f, the system will go into defrost mode and cease producing heat. It is advisable to check the local weather forecast before requesting pool heating. If there are just a few hours per day above 58f, the heater will provide little added value.

If pool heating is desired, simply let us know after you've made your booking. We will send an additional request via this application for you to accept.

We provide toiletries sufficient for the arrival day and morning after to assure your arrival comfort, settling in, and time to obtain your preferred products from nearby shopping. Typically a roll of paper per bathroom, sample soaps per bath, sample dishsoap, couple of dishwasher and clotheswash pods, couple of garbage bags, and a sponge in the starter kit.

Certainly as a traveling guest, you are aware you must obey all community rules and laws.

If you would like to have a grill at our villa, please contact us at least 3 days before arrival to rent one at $110 for a 7-day period. A clean grill with full tank of gas will be delivered and collected at the end of the 7-day rental period. Additional days are available at $14 per day.
