Modern thatched house close to the beach between Boltenhagen and Wismar; with sauna and fireplace.

The reed roofed house Elve, which was built in 2020, is located directly in the bay of Wismar. A modern thatched house with sauna and large garden, between Wismar and Boltenhagen. In a few minutes you can reach the natural Baltic Sea beach by foot. Discover the wide natural landscape of the Wismar bay during walks or enjoy the sun and good Baltic Sea air in your own backyard.



The house has a fenced outdoor area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms (two single beds and double bed; equipped with comfortable pocket spring mattresses) and a sofa bed in the living room. There are plissees available which provide visibility protection, but do not allow complete dimming. The accommodation therefore offers room for 6 people.Further amenities include a private sauna, underfloor heating, fireplace, rain shower and separate WC, as well as free WLAN and a terrace with parasol and a handcart for your visit to the beach.





In season you can enjoy the Baltic Sea at the Zierow beach (500 m), which is charged with a fee, under the safe watch of the DLRG. Further east (750 m) you will find a natural beach section.



The nearest supermarket is 6 minutes (4 km) by car from the property. Restaurants and cafés are within walking distance and are located directly on the beach. A small playground can be reached in a few minutes (about 35 m). The Hanseatic city of Wismar is 10 minutes (8 km) southeast by car, while Boltenhagen is about 20 minutes away by car. Hamburg airport is 134 km (87 minutes by car) away. The swimming pool Wonnemar is 15 minutes by car, while the indoor playground Bauernscheune is 10 minutes by car from the property.



A private parking lot is available free of charge. Soap and toilet paper are provided for the first day of arrival. Pets may be brought on request. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. The holiday home is located in a development area; there may be occasional minor construction work in the neighbourhood. It is important to note that the satellite images in the map view do not correspond to the current status! The holiday home is situated in a green and quiet landscape.

Pros: Die Bildansicht kann dazu verleiten, es für ein EFH zu halten - ist aber ein ZFH!!! Trotzdem sehr schön. Betten sind wie immer Ansichtssache.

Wenn man viel Ruhe möchte, ist man hier genau richtig.

Pros: Ein sauberes, nett eingerichtetes Häuschen. Es fehlte Nix und es war auch nicht viel da! Cons: Das Elternbett war etwas klein bzw. Die Matratzen außen zu weich, da rutschte man ab…aber nach 3 mal gerutscht - gelernt.😀

Pros: Das Hausiegtbsehr nah an ein Naturstrand der ist zu Fuß Gut erreichbar man läuft ca 10 bis 15 min. Es ist eine sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage mit schönen vielen Retthäuser. Cons: Das Netz dort ist sehr schlecht.am besten den Hausmeister vorher schon anrufen sonst kein Empfang um ihn zu erreichen. Der Spielplatz in der Anlage lässt zu wünschen übrig nicht viel möglichkeit mit seinem Kind zu spielen.

Entspannte 14 Tage 😊

Pros: Alles bestens gepflegt und sauber gewesen. Großer, schöner Garten zum entspannen und wohlfühlen. Kontakt zum Hausmeister hat immer gut funktioniert. Cons: Der Check-In und Check-Out Prozess könnte mit einem Schlüsselsafe (der übrigens vorhanden ist) vereinfacht werden!! Gerade am Abreisetag möchte man ja doch meistens los wenn man fertig ist und nicht noch auf die Abgabe warten!!

Schönes Haus in einer typischen Ostsee Feriensiedlung

Pros: Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht. Die Räume waren hell und sauber und die Betten bequem. Da wir im Oktober da waren, konnten wir auch die Sauna gut nutzen. Cons: Ein bisschen mehr Stauraum in der Küche wäre schön gewesen. Aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Pros: Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Cons: Das es Gäste gibt, die das vorhandene Inventar (Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Kochtöpfe) nicht zu pflegen wissen.

Pros: Das Haus hat eine schöne, ruhige Lage und ist gut ausgestattet. Cons: Der Check-in-Prozess wurde durch das schlechte Netz (kein oder nur schlechtes Telefonieren) etwas geschmälert; ebenso der Check-out-Prozess, wir haben den Hausmeister nur 1x gesprochen. Außerdem müssten die Fenster geputzt und repariert werden (Fenstergaze).

Erholsam und Abwechslungsreich!

Pros: Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch wenn die Ferienhausanlage sehr ruhig und abgeschieden liegt, ist der Weg zum Strand fussläufig und Ausflugsziele als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Rundum hatten wir einen erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Gerne wieder!

Pros: Wir haben zu viert im Haus Elve ein verlängertes Wochenende im Januar verbracht. Das Haus war modern und super ausgestattet, hatte eine schöne Lage innerhalb einer hübschen Feriensiedlung und die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe war dank Schlüsselbox problemlos und flexibel. Mit einem kurzen Spaziergang kann man die Ostsee erreichen und sich im Anschluss durch den Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer oder die Sauna wieder aufwärmen. Die Sauna ist mit 1-2 Personen nutzbar.

Pros: Der Check in iund die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Vor allem das die meisten Fenster mit Insektenschutz versehen sind. Fahrräder können im Gartenhaus abgestellt werden. Großzügige Duschen. Cons: Betten müssen selbst bezogen werden. Die Lage ist zwar Strand nah, aber der Strand war nicht so schön. Endreinigung haben wir bezahlt, trotzdem mussten die Betten abgezogen werden, Handtücher eingesammelt und die Räume gefegt werden.

Pros: Wir hatten eine wunderbare "Herbst-Ostsee-Woche"! Die Entfernung zum Strand ist auch mit 3 Kindern und Buggy gut zu überwinden. Wir haben immer wieder neue Wege gefunden. Das Haus ist schick und praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht! Vielen Dank dafür 🤗.
