A charming property close to the beach. The spacious living room with dining area invites you to enjoy, especially with the fireplace that not only provides a pleasant warmth, but also creates a pleasant atmosphere. The open kitchen is equipped with every convenience. For example a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, combi microwave and kettle. The new bathroom has a shower, sink and washing machine. There is a separate toilet. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The sunny garden with terrace and sun loungers is wonderful to enjoy. This is completely fenced and ideal for small children. 2 cars can be parked on site.



The center of Renesse is within 10 minutes on foot. 10 minutes in the other direction and you are on one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands! In Renesse there are many trendy shops and places to go out. In addition, this environment is the ideal base for cycling trips and walks through the dunes, along the sea and in the woods. In short, an ideal holiday destination for everyone!

- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Pets are sometimes allowed, this is mentioned in the property info. Please get informed about this option. As the owner you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
- Youth groups are not allowed.
- Business bookings on request.
